VSF Meeting Policy
In order to participate in a VSF Meeting Series, non-members must pay an attendance fee of $275 per person. VSF Members are entitled to free meeting attendance at all VSF Meeting Series.
Also each speaker is asked to provide an electronic copy of their presentation to the Meeting Facilitator for posting on the VSF site after meeting completion.
VSF Patent Policy
Any party that has Patent(s) (filed or granted) whose use would be required to support any VSF activity or is aware of such Patent(s) must inform the VSF of the Patent(s) so that a Patent Use Letter can be obtained from the Patent-holder(s) stating that the Patentee(s) will not enforce any filed, granted, or proposed Patent(s) whose use would be required to support a proposed VSF activity.
Logo
The VSF Logo is a Service Mark of the Video Services Forum. It may be used by VSF members for VSF activities only. Any other use of the logo is prohibited, unless the user has been granted prior permission from the Video Services Forum.
