Dates: The conference will run from Tuesday, February 10, 2009 to Wednesday, February 12, 2009. Tuesday and Wednesday will be full day sessions and Thursday a half day session. We will hold a reception on Tuesday evening in the Exhibition Hall.

Meeting Place: The Marina Del Rey Marriott located at 4100 Admiralty Way, Marina Del Rey, CA, 90292, http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/laxmb-marina-del-rey-marriott/. Hotel rates are $195 (single/double) for Conference attendees. These are excellent rates for this hotel, time of year and location. Conference Registration and Exhibitor information will be available at www.videoservicesforum.org by 10/1/2008 on-line at the VSF Web Site. You will be able to register on-line by accessing the VidTrans09 Conference from the main web pages. There will be a special Early Bird conference registration fee of $550.00 if registered by January 19, 2009. The normal rate is $650.00. This fee includes program, exhibits, conference materials, Tuesday night reception, continental breakfast, lunches and other hospitality.
